The instructors at PAIYH dance studios are well trained and experienced in working with students of all ages and abilities. Each of our staff members has a unique background and skill set that allows them to bring fresh perspectives to each of our classrooms.
BETH ANN HAWLEY

Beth Ann Hawley is a 10+ year resident of Lake Travis, a wife, and a mother of 5. She is a former dance teacher and drill team director for Lake Travis High School, Killeen High School, and served as a long term sub at Harker Heights High School. Beth Ann has been a competitive dance director, recreational instructor, subbed, and taught locally for years as a private instructor. She has choreographed numerous award-winning pieces for schools, colleges, and studios, nationwide. She does contract adjudication for auditions and competitions, and works seasonally for 8 National Talent, a dance competition company. Beth Ann holds a Texas Teaching Certification in Dance and a BA in Theatre & Dance from The University of Texas at Austin, where she cheered on the Longhorns as a member of the Texas Pom Squad. She also attended Kilgore College, where she danced as a member of the world famous Kilgore College Rangerettes. Beth Ann is currently co-president for LTYA Cheer, and has been a head coach for 4 years. Beth Ann is excited to take over the reins at PAIYH Dance Studios, as owning her own studio has been a life-long dream.
Rylei Brown , 25, is the oldest of seven kids in a mixed Latin American family. Since the age of six has been acting at community colleges and performing in local community theaters. At fourteen he took his first hip hop class and fell in love, competing at various competitions such as Monsters Of Hip Hop and World Of Dance. When he’s not spending time at the studio, Rylei enjoys doing parkour and eating pizza.
For the past ten years, Alyssia Disher has been in the business of educating children from the classroom setting. Her experience ranges from preschool aged children through upper elementary. Alyssia was a member of her high school drill team, the Kangarettes, where she studied Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Ballet and Drill team basics. She was also active in competitive Choir where she participated as an All Region Choir member for three years. Since her time in high school, Alyssia has preformed in her college Vocal Jazz Ensemble and been a lead performer for the Vacation Bible School Worship Team at her church each summer. This will be her first year on staff at PAIYH Dance Studio and she is thrilled to be taking on the role of Creative Director. She is excited to meet all the families and looks forward to having a joyful year!
SARAH BETH MASTEL
Sarah-Beth has been dancing since she was 5. Studying many styles and performing on a successful competition team for 7 years, then joining a pre-professional team until she fell in love with classical ballet. She then switched to ballet full time, spending her summers studying with schools like the Bolshoi Ballet Academy, Joffrey Chicago, & Ballet Austin. She’s learned the art form from the iconic dancers of Joy Womack, Ashley Wheater, Svetlana Ivanova, Stephen Mills, Jennifer Felkner & many more. She is very excited to bring her passion for ballet to PAIYH and spread the wisdom she gained from her teachers to the curious minds of PAIYH’s students.
